Jacques Rougeau Sr. (born June 13, 1931) was a Canadian professional wrestler and promoter. He began wrestling in the 1950s and had success in various promotions, including Stampede Wrestling and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). In the 1970s, he founded his own wrestling promotion, International Wrestling, which became one of the most successful promotions in Canada. Rougeau also trained many wrestlers, including his sons, Jacques Rougeau Jr. and Raymond Rougeau, who also became successful wrestlers. Rougeau retired from wrestling in 1985 and died on July 1, 1994, at the age of 63.
